What is the best paper glue?

What is the best glue to use to stick paper to card so that it doesn't go all wobbly when it's drying???? I am printing out images onto fairly hefty paper, and sticking them to card as in, blank card stock to make gift cards.... any suggestions??? All I have at home at the moment is kids clag!!!

geebus, I dont know...glue is annoying...I use PVA glue, but it usually makes the paper go wrinkley...maybe go to spotlight and look at the 700 glues and read every label. We are using a special glue to make Howls Moving Castle out of paper (its this printable paper model one puts together, all the instructions are in japanese too, so we get rather confused), it is a really good glue, I will look at it on weekend (its at my boyfs house) and take note of the type...I think it is one of the helmars though (they have 500 of the 700 glues at spotlight).

Thnaks LittleO some good tips there! I didn't even think to go to Spotlight - durrrr! I will checkout the Scrapbooking section next time I go to town. Cheers!:)

Hey Emma I think Simmone has the right idea. Spotlight has heaps of glue. When bookbinding I usually use PVA cause that gives a good plasticy crust. I have seen some spray on adhesive that might be lighter therefor not making the paper wrinkle. Just an idea not really sure how it would work you would have to check the label.

Have you tried a spray glue. I use Micador spray adhesive. It works really well. No wrinkles.

Thanks guys, I think I will try a spray glue. I can see that being lighter, it will leave less moisture to the paper and stop the wobbilies.....

the one we are using on the castle is just called craft glue...

But yeah I think a spray glue or something in the scrapbook section. Scrap booking always has lots of crazy specific stuff.
