After an item sells

Hi,
I have just sold an item on madeit where the payment was not instant and I am a bit confused as to what to do next. The buyer appears to have completed checkout?? but it does not show what payment method they have selected. Do payment methods just show up or do we have to email them to the buyer?

If you haven't received an email from paypal saying they've paid, then they either haven't paid or are paying via a different method. In this case, send them the invoice with your details, so they can get in contact with you.
