Great Recipes

I thought this would be a great place to talk about some of our favourite recipes, or new recipes you have created. I've started putting up recipes on my website when I make something. I've only done one so far and it was for a Beery Beef Casserole, which I turned into a pie.

If you can get a photo of the food you have the recipe for that would also be great. I love seeing what people are cooking. I find photographing food is really hard, my salad in the pic looks a bit funny, but it was lovely. I blame the flash.

looks fantastic - can't go wrong with puff pastry. Thats how I get my kids to eat things - wrap them in puff pastry. I try to avoid using a flash. I've been away eating takeaway for a couple of days and that salad looks like just what I need.

I try to avoid the flah, but it was quite dark when I took this and I didn't want to have to go all tripod on it. I'm cooking something similar for dinner tonight actually. And I agree on the puff pastry!

Okay I've got more food to post. This time a salad and a salad roll.

Two things which are good in salad rolls are
1. Hommus
2. Rockette
