Hat Sizes

I'm going slowly nuts with pattern sizes!

All heads are different sizes but does anyone have the Australian Standard for head circumference or hat sizes. I usually make made to measure beanies but I'm going to a market this month and next and I wanted to make only 5 sizes Prem, Baby, Large Baby, Toddler, Child (4-8yrs).
