I'm thinking of renting a cube from Incube8r (http://www.incube8r.com) in Melbourne, however, they haven't responded to my email I'd sent out 4 days ago.

Has anyone used them or know anything about them?

Yep, I have a cube there... I'm not sure if they have any empty cubes at the moment though. Although I have another month on my contract and mine will be empty soon. I've decided to give my business a break during the time when I'm at uni cos I don't have time for it. Incub8r is good if you have time to maintain your cube, freshen it up at least once every fortnight... change stock around etc... I have a bottom window cube, and I haven't done very well at all... I suggest you get a cube that's higher up - more people look at those rather than bending down to look at the bottom ones. But they're more expensive.

Isy and the other girls are great though... so it's worth a go! Some people do REALLY well in there!

I spoke to Isy yesterday. For $10 extra per month they can maintain your space. Perfect for us that don't live in Melbourne!

I have looked longingly at the incube8r website for a while now - I live in Brisbane so I thought it was a no-go, so it is great to hear you can pay a fee to have them maintain it for you! I think it's such a great idea!

Hey, just wanted to add that I went ahead and got a cube at incube8r after seeing this thread and it has been the best experience i've had in my crafting life so far - it has been really great - so anyone wondering whether it is worth it i would definitely recommend jumping on board for 3 months to try it out.
