Marked as paid?

When a buyer pays via bank deposit are they the one to mark the item as paid?

I have an item under the sold section but it doesn't show up in the sales section and I am assuming it is because the buyer has not marked it as paid. This means I can't mark it as shipped etc.

I think the seller should be able to click the paid icon when a bank deposit has come through. Or am I missing something?

Any ideas.

When the funds have cleared into my account I click the 'marked as paid' button.

I then click on the shipped button when I have posted off the item.

That's just it Christine, I can't find the "mark as Paid" button in the sold section. The shipped icon is there in the sales section but the item is stuck in the sold & not moving to the sales part.

I have emailed the buyer saying the item has been posted etc so that is alright, just wondering why it isn't moving.

I can't seem to find he button either - I know its there! I usually just use the link on the summary page :)

I think you can click the 'paid' button when you look at the time via the 'Listing Status - Sold'

To mark the item as paid or shipped go to the Invoices > Sales tab in your My Account.
If you can't find it in here, then you need to create an invoice from your Listing Sold area.

Hi Ladies:)

Glad I'm not the only one unable to find it, I have been cursing myself thinking it must be staring at me. I have had other bank deposits and had no worries with this.

Bec - In the sold section I have showing the "view invoice" tab that opens another window & the icons, which show an invoice has been sent. I have even left feedback hoping that might shift it into the sales section but nothing.

Hope you know what is going on 'cause I'm stumped:D.

**You don't mark the items as paid in the "Listing > Sold" area. **

Please go to your
"Invoices > Sales" area to mark the item as paid & shipped.

I have just logged into your account and I can see the 'mark paid' button in the "Invoices > Sales" area. You will have to change the sort by: drop down menu to unpaid.

Also you can click the link "2 Sales Invoices awaiting payment" on your summary page and you will be direct to the same page to mark them as paid.

I knew it had to be marked in the sales section but I couldn't find it, staring me in the face, haha! I though it showed up from the newest, oh well, I changed that.
