I'm having trouble with people not leaving me feedback. I add a note to my invoices when I email and when I send a printed copy with their purchase. After 10 or so days i contact them to see if there is a problem. 99% of the time I get the reply 'but I did leave feedback' I think the probelm is they don't realise they have to click on the box next to the item. If I tell them this then everything is fine. Can something be done to make the feature stand out so people don't miss it.
