Help for a relative newbie please

I have a buyer who inadvertently purchased items twice and wants to cancel her first invoice. Is there an easy way to do this, or does it have to be done through Admin?

Send the item # to support@madeit.com.au and we will cancel that sale and delete those fees, and relist it too!
