Cupcakes

I was wondering if there would be interest in buying cupcakes in the brisbane area. Ive been thinking about opening a madeit store for a while but thought i would see if there was any interest for cupcakes first.
There would be some basic flavours like chocolate and vanilla, and then some more complex ones like choc mint, lemon, pumpkin spice, chocolate overload, red velvet etc.
Any responses will be appreciated.
