Just browsing the frankie forum today n spotted some madeit users!! Boxofglory n annalaura i think it was. So this shall be a thread to talk bout Frankie and any other good crafty sort of mags. I think Frankie is Crafty and it often promotes independant designers. Madeit was in there once!!!:D

Yep...I am also on there, but I dont post much...

That is where I figured Box of Glory was also here because she said something re me being on made it.

And Annalaura was one of the first people to heart me on etsy...

I really dont ever buy magazines but I always leaf through my sisters copy of Frankie. It is definitely one of the best mags around...everything else is poo.

Oooh, ooh a Frankie thread! Yay! I love Frankie, if you didn't already figure that out! Haha...

Yes, there are several etsy and madeit.com sellers on the forum. The Frankie forum is the best ever. I have discovered so many cool things and places just by searching the threads on there... really awesome. And the people on that forum are cool too. All likeminded, unique individuals who have something awesome to contribute to the frankie community.

So yeah, if you haven't checked out that forum, you definitely should!

I was put onto Frankie mag by a client (I'm a hairdresser) and have never looked back. I love the inspiration and the great articles. The other day one of my clients (she owns a coffee shop chain) told me she now buys it for the shop cause its such a wonderful mag. Don't you love to to give other people some inspiration. It made me feel great that she liked it enough to share it with more people. Buy the way thats where I first read about madeit.

Yeah the Frankie forum is a good one. It seems to have grown a bit since I first was on it, which is good. Always good finds in there as well.

I have to remember to borrow my sisters franie cookbook and write the ingredients for Afghans on the list! The funny thing is I find walnuts a bit foul, but love afhgans, drool!

Annalaura, After next pay I think I'm going to buy one of your ladies...just gotta choose which!
