pay it forward care package

As most of you are probably now aware I'm the new girl on the block. So. I thought seeing as everybody has been so friendly already and I wanted to do something nice to get off to a good start, I thought I would put together a CARE PACKAGE for whom ever might want it. I do have conditions though if you were to acccept this package then I would expect you to do the same for some one else. Just like the movie we can pay forward a little care. What great Karma.

Heres how it works I will offer my package of
Handmade Adam and Eve mini dolls
A pair of hand made earrings
A charm bracelet ( I made this from charms I took off an old
80s belt)
A recipe or a pattern (not sure which yet)
A 1min hair treatment (cause thats what I do & my clients love
this one)
Whatever else I decide to throw in

If you would like this package please post here and I will email you.Remember you must be willing to offer up you're own package
to somebody else that would like it. Then the chain continues. Remember always offer things that you would like to receive. Use your imagination the list is endless.

I just received the most gorgeous package today in the mail. Simmone thank you so much that was very unexpected. The butterflies went straight on my fridge so that everytime I see them I can think how lovely people can be. You really didn't have to do that. I started the chain for people to do something nice and thats exactly what has happened.

Emma, I received your package in the mail today! Thank you soo so much! It's exactly what I needed after feeling a bit lousy today. Your craftsmanship is impeccable! I absolutely adore the pillow case! Gorgeous! And the little tags were a nice touch, how sweet!

Its so wonderful to hear paople getting so into the spirit of the care package. I love the way people are sending things back (even though that was not the idea. Simmone sent me some wonderful magnets in return which were very unexpected. Please don't let this put you off taking a package though you do not need to send something in return. I am super pleased you liked your parcel Boxofglory! I love shopping for material (even more than for clothes) as you never have to worry about fabric not fitting! Haha! I usually shop at my local Spotlight (believe it or not) and often check out the local Quilting shops, I am trying to locate a wholesaler though as my fav fabrics are always the most expensive! Thanks for spreading some 'fray love' for me! I didn't expect to get something back from you - but I kinda can't wait for a little surprise in the mailbox - hope you don't go to tooooo much trouble:) I love being involved with these online swappy things, they are such a fun way to get to know other designers!!! Can't wait for the next one. Maybe I should start a fabric swap???

Welcome to our forum. The pay it forward care package never ends thats the great part about it. So if no one has been smart enough to snap up Zebra's package then it will still be there for you when you get back otherwise you can just take the next persons. The trip sounds great I am very jealous hope you have a wonderful time.

OH MY GOD, I got my package today from SuganSpice, it just came then and I ran to the mailbox. It is AMAZING. The television necklace is SO beautiful. I'm going to wear it tonight to my brown owls meeting and tell everyone about it. So so so lovely!

Samm (zebracrossing), I just received your delightful package today! yay, it absolutely made my day :) I didn't expect so much! It was lots of fun unwrapping every single treat, it felt like it's my birthday all over again.
I already ate more than half of the peanut brittle, and the brooch is already pinned on my jacket - can't wait to wear it out. The keyring is very well made and super cute. :) It's all so perfect. Expect a little thank-you package from me soon!

Im really looking forward to getting Yi's package. I have had a bit of a rumage around and so far have i have come up with the following for my care package..

*some seashells i have collected over the years
*a handful of pastel buttons that i bought bulk of and LOVE!
*scraps of felt that i have made
*loose pieces of wool, materials, threads, lace and other goodies
*easter egg wrappers (strange i know but i think they can be used to make some fantastic things)
*also a while ago i cut some funky material into squares and attached pellon to the back.. thats as far as i got so i will include some of these and look forward to seeing wat the person who gets my package does with them!
*ive also been experimenting with earing making so a pair of these will be included as well :)

when it comes to craft my favourite storage option is ziplock bags so i will be sending everything in these!

im in the process of moving at the moment so if no-one has taken up the offer in the next two weeks it mite be a while before i can post it... just an incentive to accept it so much sooner :)

cant wait to post it out to the lucky peron!
